PROFESSIONAL STUFF
How did you arrive at Ensign? What path brought you here?
Having spent my early working life as a doctor’s secretary for the Polish NHS, I came to England to study the language, met Noel, who worked for the Ensign, and then took the package of both husband and job.
What are you known for professionally? What do you have a knack for?
I enjoy sourcing information and am known for accuracy and attention to detail.
What are you most passionate about professionally? What most excites you about your work & the contribution you can make?
I enjoy most of my work, especially the challenges that come with any new project.
PERSONAL STUFF
What are you passionate about personally? What do you really enjoy?
I am an avid reader, especially Middle Eastern and Latin American ‘Magic Realism’.
For the last few years I have been studying and painting botanical art with a local illustrator.
Where can we find you when you’re not working? What’s your favourite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?
For a short time following pay day, I enjoy shopping or browsing the internet for clothes, shoes and holidays but then resort to my hobbies of reading or painting, these between looking after my husband and my relative’s children.
What would be impossible for you to give up?
Almost everything, I enjoy life as it is…
Anything else you’d like to tell people about yourself?
I have never regretted leaving Poland, finding my husband and working for Ensign for the last 12 years. Most people have ‘that Monday morning feeling’ but mine is short lived. The last few years have been a pleasure.
